There can be some uncertainty when buying items sight unseen, and that’s why we’re proud to offer our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products, to set your mind at ease. If you have purchased from Kind, but you change your mind before your order is delivered, or prior to opening the package, your product is eligible for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee gives you the freedom to change your mind. For up to 30 days after purchase, you can return your unopened or no less then 90% of product to us for a full refund of the product price.

ABOUT – RETURNS, DELIVERY, & REFUNDS

In order to qualify for an exchange of products, Kind requires the customer to return the package within 30 days.

Kind cannot accept an exchange of merchandise with more than 90% of the product gone.

Kind does not assume the responsibility of the return shipping cost on any merchandise (defective or otherwise).

The customer must return their package in the original packaging which was provided by Kind in order to complete their exchange successfully.

Kind reserves the right to refuse an exchange on questionable products upon inspection of returned merchandise. If an item is not in its original condition upon receiving from the customer, Kind reserves the right to decline the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our products are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8 on orders under $100. On orders of $100 or more receive free shipping! Express shipping is a flat fee of $25 on all orders. Kind is not responsible for postal service delays.

  • Orders placed by 3pm MST: Monday-Friday will ship same day! Orders placed after 3pm MST will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will ship on Monday.
  • We can ship to Canada for a shipping fee of $25.
USPS Issues

We will not reship products if it says “delivered” and do not have signature tracking activated on their order.

If the customer’s product does not arrive, and the tracking says “delivered” it is always there responsible to file a claim to ensure an expedited reship process in any circumstance – tracking related, or other USPS issues.

Residents Outside North America

We are sorry. At this time Kind does not deliver outside of North America.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
